Strength Training

This signature leg day is an intense workout focusing on your glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves.


Equipment needed: 5lb - 15lb Dumbbells 
Equipment suggested: Heavier weights and Booty Bands

h.i.i.t & run

endurance

High Intensity Interval cardio workout focused on building your endurance. This is an opportunity to use your favorite cardio machine. 

 

NO Equipment needed

Equipment suggested: Treadmill, Elliptical, Stairmaster, aerobic step, outdoor park etc.

Equipment needed: 5lb - 15lb Dumbbells 
Equipment suggested: Heavier Dumbbells and yoga mat

An Intense Cardio Kickboxing class combining boxing, strength & high-intensity interval training movements.

Hybrid training is a Intense 60 minute class that incorporates strength & endurance movements using both bodyweight & dumbbells.

Equipment needed: 10lb - 15lb Dumbbells
